Some people may be shocked to hear it, but Jack Layton is the best party leader in Canada today.

Jack Layton is the best party leader in Canada today.

I'm inclined to agree with you, but that's really not saying much, considering Layton's competition. Canadian politics are in a sad state of affairs indeed.
