According to the code, this should never happen.  In fact, the document shouldn't even be processed if it has no prepro features.

Comment #2 is badly phrased.  It should say,  "the document shouldn't even be processed if it doesn't have any prepro features."

GAH.  Sometimes I get very confused.  Comment #2 and #4 should say, "the document shouldn't even be processed UNLESS IT HAS PREPRO FEATURES."

Of course comments #2, #4 and #5 all say the same thing, because I can't read.  They're all correct.
